I also made an Au Jus with the prime rib drippings.

I see little value for using something like that with drinking beer I want to taste (I mean, I want to taste what the brewer made, imaright?) This would be useful to use a series of these in some Coors Light/Busch Light if you wanted to see what each hop was like. Beyond that, waste of money.
