Fruity Rum Drinks!

We're in the Bahamas where "Bahamas Budweiser" (aka Kalik) goes for three-fitty a bottle.

Otoh, a fifth of good rum goes for fourteen bucks.

The math is too compelling...and the beer is swill...

Cheers!

Anything is better than purple haze. Andygator is decent, but I still maintain that they changed the recipe (original batch was 1995ish) no matter how much David Blossman denied it last time I talked to him. It was originally an occasional beer which won a homebrew contest. About 10 years ago, they started making it year round and packaging it (which is when I think they either changed the recipe or their brewhouse differences changed it).

Getting a slow start today. Lazy Saturday.

I liked andygator, easy drinking for 8%.

A neighbor I share home brews with is moving out soon, so he came by with a knee deep midnight hoppyness and we smashed a few beers, plus a few hb goses not pictured.

and the dark hot wind seemed to whisper a name. the kind of name you could taste. the kind of name that makes milk go sour. it seemed to whisper to me in the grocery store, in church, in the damn elevator, "butthole..."

New homer wit beer with Thai spices, the can is a crowler I've never seen or heard of it before but they fill the 32 oz can to the brim with whatever beer you want and then thy have a little canning machine that presses and seals the top on pretty neat

If there's no alcohol in it what's the point?:p
