Carb check of KY rye common. Not at all carbed, but awesome.

They're perfectly balanced by the bitterness from the sculpin addition.

Agreed I need to make a stout and try using real sculpins of course( not the cheap extract) think oyster stout but hoppier.

Wow. This assaulted my nose with roast, coffee, and chocolate before I even held the glass up to smell it. It's a little overcarbed, but very good otherwise. Finally a CT brewery that hasn't disappointed me right out of the gate.
