Ha!

If we participate in the "Healthy Lifestyles" program at work, we get ~50% off insurance premium. The company kicks in more.

You get a health coach and have to fill out a survey. One of the questions was, "How many alcoholic beverages have you had in the last week?"

When the health coach and I were going over it, she said, "Wow... you had 15 drinks over the past week?"

"No, I had much more than that, but 15 was the highest number on there."

Water, for now.

Ah, a beer from my hometown! Try their Laika and Monkey's Uncle if you get a chance. Monkeynaut and Gorillanaut are popular too.

I have a flat of those milk stouts in cans hit a secondary fermentation or something and exploded one by one in my kitchen. Sadness....

Only clear liquids for me, and no beer...been sick for a damn week. Didn't get to brew my Irish Stout last weekend either.

BA Laika is really fantastic, no joke!

Yeah, I totally lie about that, 2 drinks a day on average. I also quit smoking once a year, for the participation points. The wellness coach knows too, she just doesn't care because I'm still one of the healthiest people in this place in spite of slowly killing myself.

Me too... but I didn't lie on my thing. Told her I was a homebrewer, turns out her BIL is a homebrewer. Everything went better than expected.

My blood pressure has always been a little on the high side, but I'm strong as ox.

Moar Water.

@Remmy 's Nightmare Before Christmas- a tad sweet, but the spice covers that well.

Hope you enjoyed that. I like my recipe, for the Dubbel itself, but not with the cinnamon. There is currently a case-and-a-half of that beer in the garbage can awaiting pick-up by the garbage truck.

FedEx is trying to give me an ulcer :(

one package damaged (awaiting to hear if they can ship what remains,) several delayed with no updated info on when they will actually delivery and then two packages headed for the west coast that have not been updated since Tuesday (and these are high value packages) Flocc!

Really? Listen to your body. If you feel like crap, chances are something is wrong. I drink more than you do and out-lift every pansy at my work gym. And still have a flat stomach. And can still see my abs. I just happen to have a problem and that is, I ****ing love the way beer tastes.

**** it. I'm not a doctor. I'm a nobody. Carry on.

Next. I've never met an Imperial-anything I couldn't session.

Outstanding.

I think you may have missed the part where I'm in peak physical condition and participate in order to get 50% off my health insurance premium.

But I'm no English major, so maybe my reading comprehension is ****ed.

Do you even spar bro?

I must have missed that part. Excuse me for drinking. I am sure you are in top physical condition. My apologies, really. I did not mean to offend you in any way.

Fact of the matter is, you > me. Cheers, sir.

Edit: To answer your question, no, I don't spar right now. But I did box in the South Bronx at Betances gym for four years.
