i gotta keg my irish red tonight or tomorrow, finished dry at 1.010, tasted good tho, gonna wash the yeast and make a starter for a nugget nectar clone, i think i have been underpitching, made a huge starter for the irish red and so far it looks like it helped...

Did you guys make anything special for super bowl weekend? I don't care about the game itself necessarily, it's just the one weekend a year all my real friends come up from out of town for heavy drinking and in their case, mountains of wings. Friday afternoon can't come soon enough.

I didnt make anything specifically for the Super Bowl. Ive never thought about it before really haha I typically just make beers that I have been wanting to try or re-brew. I "kinda" plan them around the seasons (stouts before winter, hefe before spring/summer) but dont follow anything too closely.

Fun Fact: my nickname in my Fraternity was Super Bowl.

Quaffi. I'm obligated to Superbowl at in-laws and nobody else really drinks...kids, old folks, non-drinkers, medical reasons for some. Just not the 20 to 30 something party crowd. I'll take a few brews for myself and be willing to share. Mom in-law may take me up on a cider, but that's about it. The food will be good, though!

LOL yea man, that's my afternoon today. I have three meetings, and none of those meetings will be in a bar. After spending yesterdays meeting at Grace Tavern, this will be very upsetting.

Alternatively I think you can post in the app, tap it to get web view and then click edit and save. That way you're not trying to post in web view which is a PITA (especially if you're adding a photo). Does that make it easier @finsfan ?

It is Thursday and I half expect @remmy to be dominating the thread. However, he posted at 6:30 am, I think, and hasn't posted since. Surely breakfast beer morning is over and we've moved onto lunch beers. So what's up with you @remmy?

Well, I technically did and did not. I had hoped that my Amarillo SMaSH using the hops @fermentNEthing sent me to change my mind about those hops, had been done. It could be actually, but I need to pull a sample. It has only been dry hopping since Monday and I would HAVE to keg Friday morning before I leave to have it on hand for Sunday. So in short, who the F knows!
