Nope. Picked this up in omaha over Christmas. Got this and nuclear winter from Finch's. Not sure if I'd drive 2 hours to get either, but I'd be on lookout for them and try it if I had the chance.

None of them are worth the sticklers mom and band camp jokes. I got my first finch's today up in the region, a double IPA, I like it. My double IPA loving wife hated it. I don't think any of it comes to my town.

Cliff is busy finding exquisite beer to send me. Mark should chime in and let him know if there is anything in PA I have not already had.... Not that I wouldn't drink more of any of it. Remmy is likely asleep preparing to have more beers in him by noon tomorrow than we will drink all weekend. I am flocced and need to go to bed but am going to go find another beer.

This was a very much appreciated gift, so I have to preface this by mentioning that mine is not an experienced beer palate and the giver cannot control the contents of the bottle. I always want to be honest though. I did not care for this at all. I checked a couple of sites and reviews were all over the place, but it sounded like it was not going to improve with cellaring, so I opened it. The color and head are nice, but the aroma struck me like urine. It was tough to get past. The first taste is a little bitter/roasted flavor that immediately goes very sour. Then I kind of get a metallic astringency on the tongue and the finish goes back to sour. I tried to get through a glass, but only made it halfway. I know that this is a well-respected breweryand I'm sure they have some great beers, but I'm not onboard with this particular one. I appreciate the cost and great effort that was put into getting this bottle to me though!

Had a good day yesterday and have to travel today so 25 beers wasn't in the cards. I only drank 10 or so. I'll try to stay dry today so I can drink like a fish tomorrow when nuke bottles his Heady Topper clone.

Gave up on trying to go back to sleep and made some coffee. Something tells me beer thirty is going to come a lot earlier than my normal weekend day.

That's exactly how I feel on work days.
