I have no idea how my hick towns Walmart ended up with a Boulevard sampler 12, but I bought that thing. Oatmeal Stout up first.

The IPA is okay. There's nothing offensive here, but nothing is standing out here. Great aroma, nice floral notes on the back...I'm letting it warm a little, if it will, it's cold as balls in this house.

AV gose with dinner. Really couldn't have paired it better than with pancit palabok with calamansi. Love the citrus flavor in this beer.

That must be one of those dishes that tastes a whole lot better than it looks... I hope!!! The boiled eggs look perfectly cooked.

Taking it easy and having some almond/coconut milk with some Hershey's Syrup and going to bed. Beer tomorrow night.

It's a filipino dish that I have no idea how to make, but yes tastes much better than it looks for sure My wife makes it every couple months.

Coffee. Since I am taking a weekend trip to Colorado next weekend, I decided I needed to brew this weekend and get the pipeline back up and running. I will be doing a double batch of saison and using belle saison yeast on 5 gallons and the yeast bay saison blend on the other. Very glad its almost season season (copyright @DisturbdChemist )

Coffee at work. We got a good foot of snow dumped on us last night. Made for a nice slow commute.

Yeah, definitely got a foot overnight. The wind made drifts up to the windows on my truck though. It took me an hour and a half to dig out this morning before I got to join the mayhem commute. What a mess. Just one day, I would like a call that says to be safe, stay home and make beer.
