wow, I nursed that Barley Wine. at 14.22% and my 120 lbs, that might not have been a bad idea. having my Scrote-ish 85. not ready at all.

Got the water supply soldered, gas lines hooked up, then realized I got the tall tank instead of the short tank and I can't properly vent it. Finally disassembled everything and drained the water so I can try to exchange it. I need to get tanked now...

AV gose with dinner. Really couldn't have paired it better than with pancit palabok with calamansi. Love the citrus flavor in this beer.

Not hoppy at all. Smashed those while in Maine this summer. Chill beer. Too malty for my tastes, though.

Having a water while I grab my brew gear out of my basement.
