I hear you, my version of" it's a trip" came out excelant , thanks
Debating on buying another motorcycle, I know what you mean by freezing up, and no I don't need another but I do want.
What panel you get?
Honestly, it was this or a motorcycle. I figure I'd keep the one I have. I am buying a shed, having that wired for 240 and 120 and then I need at least one more kettle and pump and herms crap. I got my panel from Alex at Brumatic. He's a member here. It was less than a DIY kal clone. It's slick. Not as slick looking as kal's but slick enough for 1/2 the price.
Truly, I'm **** scared I won't get this system right.
And that is one of their regulars. Wait till you try the Origins or Nightmare. Cheers!
Love me some Surette but he's right, Nightmare is crazy good.
Yeah. You guys are confirming my first thought: if this is their basic saison, I can't wait to try their special stuff!
I probably sound like a broken record, but they are my favorite brewery by far. I honestly think they could go toe to toe with any other american sour brewery. And their lineup is about to explode with tons of new beers since they arent doing their cellar reserve program. Thank god mhurst hooked me up with them last year and continues to.

They are also able to up production soon. They got sick of fighting with the landlord / city at the new tasting room, got more space at the old tasting room and moved the brewing equipment there. So in addition to the contract brewing they are doing, They will brew their own soon.
Also - st bretta is their best ' regular ' beer.
