Pine Belt is good too. I haven't tried Bombshell blonde. Those are the only ones I can get. Wish they would have sent some Black Crack here.

Having a strawberry blonde that I bottled on the Ides of March. It is strange how this beer has progressed. When I first tasted the final product around the end of March, I wasn't so sure about it. I thought it might even be a drain pour. Fermenting fruit can go through weird flavors and aromas. I know blonde ales aren't really supposed to be long-aged beers; however, every time I wait a month between drinking a couple of these, they get better, in my opinion. It pours a nice medium blonde with a just perceptible reddish tint, The head is a couple of fingers and settles to a surface coat. There's a little fruit in the aroma, but I might not guess it was strawberry if I didn't already know. There's an aggressive tingle on the tip of the tongue that burns a little if you hold it there. Then there's that vague fruit, but it's dry and then becomes a little tart/sour in the finish. While this isn't a remarkable beer, it is surprisingly okay. If you had told me 6 months ago that it would taste like this at some point in the future, I would have had serious doubts.

Still green and a little undercarbed. I'm going to swirl and relocate the bottles tomorrow. I wanted to test one to see if there was any carbonation because I f'ed up and partially froze the carboy during cold crashing.

This is a crab apple/Pink Cripps apple blend with a little molasses and cinnamon. Great color and clarity. It's a still cider, pretty sweet and 11.55% ABV! I call it Caramel Apple Cider and it lives up to that name. I plan on being smacked and hitting the sack soon.

Had a bunch of rain a little while ago...betting my son's 8:30 a.m. game will be cancelled. But either way, I think a number of family members are planning to go to Golden Corral for the weekend breakfast buffet by around 9:30 or so, if not after the game. So, this cider ought to do it for the night!
