Been a long time since I've had this gem. And at 3 months old I'm pleasantly surprised that it has retained so much hop character. This one never fails to satisfy.

I doubt I will pay ten bucks for a sixer of it again.... But this is a real solid beer for the style.

Chicken wing night and my house smells like a freshly mown field of garlic.

After hb Stout, More Cowbell..quickly becoming a staple, while i wonder if my Simcoe Express IPA will ever get better. 5oz simcoe and 1oz ammerillo, after a week in keg..not so good.

PBR at a show earlier. Back home now, wrapping up the night with the bottle-conditioned portion of my Best Bitter. What this half and half experiment has taught me is that everything is better on cask. The Best Bitter, Bluebird clone, Summer Ale, all boring out of the bottle but spectacular out of the polypin.

Bottles: Green Flash Hope Head Red ( awesome) and 2x Drakes IPA. Solid night so far.
