One of the beers from when zeptrey BIF'd me. Very nice. Never had a hoppy sour and I definitely like it. Not as sour as I was expecting, but it's balanced well with the hoppiness.

Its normal. Its oxygen in the head space. It should disappear or you can shake it back into solution

SWMBO didn't want to taste it due to the smell of heat since I just racked it off the jalapenos and cucumbers. I tasted it and was thinking how to source enough honey for 5 gallons hahaha

I rack mine the other day and the pepper is pretty hot but my japs were smoking this year, I hope they mellow with time, can't notice the cukes over the peppers, time will tell

Been waiting to do this for a while. Clone side by side with original. They're closer than I originally thought. New yeast and some malt, hop, and water tweaks.
