Thanks mark, should be a great trip. 73 miles to Colorado!!! :rockin:

Eastern CO is worse than KS. Although at least your making progress. Heard an ad on radio this morning, keystone is doing their Bluegrass & Beer festival Saturday & Sunday.

I agree but both are rough to drive through, but its worth it haha. I looked into that festival. Looked cool but not many breweries i was real excited about. All i need is crooked stave and i will be more than happy.

Started recirculating ice water on a saison while drinking one,:D

That sucks man...what was the outcome of all that happened earlier?

Got everything cleaned up as best I can. Hopefully the cat will be fine.

Can't catch a break today though. Went to the LHBS and they were out of 3 gal BB's, so I can't rack my saison before we leave. Went from there to get my hair cut, and they didn't have a record of my appt.

Damn! That's great. I've yet to have that pils. Haha

Some 21st Amendment Bitter American while I plan recipes for my double brew day on wednesday. Also debating on bottling my saison with Brettanomyces instead of kegging it...i may save the kegs for the upcoming IPA and amber

I have no idea what's been going on here all day but I'm almost 70 posts behind. Guess I'll try to catch up while I drink this.

Great Lakes and CC Colab... Wandering Pelican...

Florida is a weird place to drink craft beer. Lots of craft breweries make wonderful dark beers that we could ideally enjoy two months out of the year. Hence, I end up drinking a lot of roasty beers in the summer months just because I crave those beers and don't want to wait until December to enjoy them. I drink lots of IPA's, and I think saison is the perfect summer beer if the gravity isn't too high. Breweries need to make more saisons.

Hey look there's a piece of pizza!
