Very good beer. Definitely hides the 9% well and I'm a fan of the hop profile. But I'd say it doesn't quite live up to the hype.

I walk into NEBCO and they already know what I want. I'm the most interesting man in the world.

Starting to wonder if I should be drinking it though. I have been trying to pour it for 20 minutes and it keeps trying to overflow. Think it's infected?

If it tastes good drink it, it won't hurt you!
Had a few HB's while prepping to bottle most of a full batch for the first time in my present brewing life, a saison 40 bottles the rest will go in a shorty keg.
On a Weyerbacher kick at the moment, seems as every time I pick up another bottle of Riserva I grab another selection of their's, need to pick a few more of these to put in the cellar,
Ramble,

Well, blew my no beer during the week (for a Bud Light) because a buddy needed help ripping his garage door out so he could get to his Harley (don't ask). Seemed rude not to accept a beer afterwards. So, I guess I've opened the door for a real beer now.

Philly Flyers. Lmao.

Yeah, I'm drinking it. It doesn't taste bad. I wouldn't buy it again though. Too lazy to get up and open something else. Sleeping baby in my lap.

My kitchen sink brew, which will be my last batch standing soon brewed over a year ago now- pretty good random beer too,(only full 5 gallon batch Ive ever made ( opposed to all my 1.5-2.5 gallon batches) and stovetop BIAB at that-amazing that I pulled that off between 3 pots- actually 5 or six pots counting sparging I think, my pipeline is really thinning now its starting to get real. Plenty of my fruit wines/ mead though. Not that I will drink them very often.

35k stout by Against the Grain Brewery. Oh man is that good! Sweet and roasty. Great beer, will definitely need to buy this again!

Carb test of my new brew Im calling, Hi Nelson! Nelson Sauvin Saison with Hibiscus. Tasting great now. A nice tartness up front from Hisbiscus and it plays very well with the Nelson and its character.
