Coffee while I menu plan for next week.
Trying to get my "weekend chores" done early so I can sneak in brew time this weekend. My oldest starts soccer games Saturdays so time will be tighter.

Banesong's amazing 1.7% abv notty lawnmower. This is beautiful and beautifully carbonated. Thank you!

Glad you liked it! You will see the difference the yeast makes on the base beer with the others.

Unfortunately, it scored a 21 in the first round.... They think it was an infected bottle. Damn.

Water, weekly flogging status meeting.

Lots of water, preparing for my porch to be seriously wrecked from the 69lbs of grain and yeast to land today. Im going to use WLP650 (brett B) in a saison this weekend and the website says to ferment at 85+. Anyone have advice or positive experiences fermenting that hot? It just seems too high but ive also never made a 100% brett beer.

That yeast works well from 70 on up from my experience. It's more fruity than funky but it's tasty.

Drinking coffee and water waiting for food. Got another long day and night ahead of me.

Mark, can't believe I didn't know about those mini-siphons earlier. Just siphoned off the beer from a 2L starter to step it up and it is exactly what I was looking for! Thanks
:ban:

Water. Sick as hell but I'm doing yardwork and just moved a cord of wood onto pallets. Going back out to move some more. But, I'll be having a few beers before I do.

Man. My wife loves clap your hands and say yeah.. good stuff! :mug: trying to decide what to open. Wish I had more Brooklyn black chocolate stout. Might have to settle on a bible belt instead

Running low on beer? Must be time for our next trade!

What if it was? Guess we'll never (hopefully) know

I have to assume a wild deer growing on wild foods and such would taste way better than a stray city cat that probably digs through garbage and such for food.

Kinda like the taste difference in woodland deer vs farm country (corn) deer.

But I've got no intention of testing the theory.

Cough syrup and beer. Not a good combo. I feel good, though. Really good.

Spent the last 3 hours moving all of this wood and stacking it. It was in a pile about 50-feet away. FML.

Beer.
