After a suggestion on a scotch thread on here, new favorite way to drink is to fill the glass with hot water, dump it out, and then pour. Little bit of hot water left makes it all just blossom.

I'm sure a Cal Common is a great style, but for some reason, I can't bring myself to brew something that has the word "common" in its name. I must be weird.

California Common can be a great style. to dismiss it would be a sin.

Just left the bottle shop where I saw this for a measly $99. Id say worth every penny!! Seriously thinking about buying it.

I was always big on the "add just a small splash of water" technique. But this way you get the perfect amount of water, and the hot water just adds a little extra. At least, I do.

Started off with a 750ml bottle of my Partial Mash Cooper's Hop Gobbler clone. Then had a 340ml bottle of Cooper's Stout/Dark Ale toucan (about 8% due to the kg of dextrose). Finished off with a couple of glasses of Lounge Lemon Lime Margarita.

Yes, I am feeling it (I'm a lightweight). I'll be off to bed soon.

Rich!? Ha! They messed up my floor during an install 2 years ago and called and complained. They wound up fixing the floor, and giving me free HBO for 5 years.

Just cracked open a bomber of my HB Milk Chocolate Stout at my cellar temp (~65F) and it was a gusher. Awesome. Difinitely need to chill these bad boys before drankin.

Either way I'm enjoying it with some beer cheese bread I made today with my Scottish Ale, Gouda, and aged Irish Sharp Cheddar. Very niiiice.

Call from lhbs I won 2nd place in all 3 categories I entered. Won grain, keg, growlers, and gift cards... 1 point from first overall with my honey citra IPA ! Drinking my tripel from the tap before its gone.
