an hopped up amber with Citra that i really came up with at the request of my wife, but it's easily one of the more enjoyable beers i've brewed. i don't expect this keg to last long.
Past bottle fresh date bomber of AB,and my version Organic British Bastard probably past freshness date also. Both great.Slight spent yeast taste in the AG Bomber though.
My Kate the Great clone. It's been sitting in a corny for about three months conditioning after a two month primary. Getting ready to bottle it today. Tastes great already, can't wait to see what it's like in a few months. Wish I had a time machine!
Hopslam < Ruthless. Not the same level type of beer but im a sucker for a good rye ipa more than about any double ipa.Rye seems to turn an ipa into a extra-ipa.Holy-damn the aroma hella sweet bajesus. Two months in and holding on strong.
Irish Amber from the complete homebrew beer book. AG and used wlp005 harvested yeast.kent goldings.Turned out better than expected.Maybe its the new spring water i used but it is really good.Definatly will be a winner to give out.I may have found my ideal beer water though from now on.
