Was going to golf, then decided to try a new brewery, but then decided to rip out the ancient AT&T, DirecTV, Time Warner cabling along with the original non-used phone lines from the 70's, to prepare for painting the back of the house instead. How much fun is that??

Happy October!

I get a lot of corn, corn chips or corn grits from this beer. Not sure why but even a friend of mine picks that up too. I’m not complaining, I got a heck of a deal on this beer and it’s growing on me.
That sounds like a dms problem to me. Pilsner malt is notorious for it but the boil should drive it off. That surprising

That’s what I thought too but every Riwaka beer I’ve tried (not many) has that same characteristic. 🤷🏾‍♂️
Ekuanot hops I get nothing but green peppers, alone or if it’s used with other hops.
Onto this sour with the wife. Hydra fruited sour from Mortalis.

I used to have the perfect class for this beer but the demon on the floor decided to knock my beautiful TH Stein Off the counter that @TheDudeLebowski was kind enough to gift to me. Oh well decent beer. Lacking some crispness on the finish View attachment 700817
Oh no! Condolences. Was it the thick or thin Stein? I forget. Hope he's a good mouser 😁
