Doing a few access-related chores around my wife’s aunt’s house. It’s beer-thirty and my stash is in the mini fridge at our hotel. Found some of these in the back of the fridge here. Don’t see a date on the can but I doubt this tasted any better when it was fresh. View attachment 723476
Those are really nice ice cold in the summer. Put a few drops of Tabasco in it!

Californiacation! 😁 Every house sold is over asking price and on the market for only days, if even that. New construction won't even post a price, bid war only. The average price in Austin city limits has risen 24% in the last 12 months and now sits at $500,000.

OT... Unsweetened tea.
That's crazy. I should have bought the house there I was looking at back in 88' for 124,000. Bought a house in Fresno outside of Houson instead. Silly me

Local(ish) Brown Ale after a fire call. I like this beer, but I still think it tastes more like a Stout than a Brown.

Never made it to the fire. Spent the whole time working on our old Peterbilt tender which wouldn’t start. Three out of four batteries were toast despite being on a battery maintainer.

What did you think of that amber? I think most of the beers in the “Native” line don’t have much flavor. There’s one made with Olathe “sweet” sweet corn and I think it tastes horrible. I didn’t think they were distributed outside of Colorado.

The amber is ok but not special. I was in Pueblo, Colorado at that time.

Ugh...I know zip about Untapped, but is it common for breweries to respond to posts like that?
Also...the only time I've ever seen "snot" like that was when I cleaned out my stout faucet...but it was just a tiny snot, not a freakish goober like that :D

Cheers!

Some breweries do respond but not many. I do know the GM at one of their locations. I may message them tomorrow and let them know.

HB Irish Red have plenty to drink until the oatmeal stout is done fermenting and bottled. Listening to Coast to Coast radio and having a brew late at night as I'm on a night schedule currently.

On days off and yes we geologists have to work night shift got to keep everybody warm in the winter and driving down the road.
