Water, made it to church this morning and moved some more stuff out of the basement to our storage locker. Going to look at a house then home to smash some HB's and swim in the pool.

Burn some toast for bittering and drink saisons all day, dumping the dregs in it. You can always dump it a month from now... But today shouldn't be the day.

I have 1/2 oz. of Sorachi Ace leftover. Guess I could throw that in. It's already starting to sour, think I could let that ride and boil it later this week?

I have no real experience, but when you read about historical methods.... That's pretty much what they did. What do you have to lose, two bucks in propane?

Pretty much. I saved some dregs from a hefe and some home brews last night, and watered down my gravity sample from my saison for starter wort. It's going nuts in the kitchen right now.

Guess I have some kind of sour weisse in the works.
 
Pumpkin UFO. Gonna be a late one, have to get the GF at the train station tonight.

Way too hot out to do anything right now. Dogs aren't happy.

Got pork in the crock pot to make tacos.

Nothing is too heavy for that poly. I dumped about 7-8 loads of wood today. All of it was at the top of my driveway (1/7th mile). The tractor makes it with no problem. Now, I have to split all this ****. Come help, no?
