My 2nd (4th if you count my early 20's) beer I brewed. It was a kit from the local brew shop theu just called CA IPA. Better than my first but It used the same yeast as my second and both had similar finish taste.... going to hand pick my extract kit from a recipe clone I found and use a yeast starter and stir plate soon.

Smacked as well.
Had 3 dirt wolf's, a nugget nectar, several hb white ipas, a strawberry blonde, and a pb cup porter or two this far. Almost all are 7.5%+ except for the porter. Oh yeah, onto an apfelwein while having a fire. .
