HB RIS - I think this is the second “last bottle” tonight.

This dry January thing...is it for the WHOLE day???This while catching up on Hawkeye on a rare snowy day here in Southern NC. My 2.5 year old did not like the snow so it looks like we are staying in for the day. Dry January is such a drag.

Too each his own... but what the heck is blackened tofu?
Tofu slices marinated in Cajun spices. Deep fried. It’s for the vegetarians in the family, but it’s pretty good. I marinated the pork in a blender full of margarita, so after smoking in the grill and basting, that’s my jam.
