Samples of the red wine and blackberry cider that were moved today. And some HB Session IPA at 4.5%. The Session IPA was supposed to be a Blonde/Pale Ale, but I over hopped it to 70, so...dangeroonies.

It'll calm down in the keg. They always do, once the yeast drops that nasty edge goes away.

Whisky from Brittany, made from black wheat. I've never tasted anything like this. Definitely doesn't taste like bourbon or Scotch. Hard to describe but it's good so far.
Blé Noir is French for buckwheat, this is a buckwheat whisky. Very smooth

Post snow shoveling beer. Still looking at another two inches but wanted to get the front walk and a part to the garage cleared a little bit.
Beer isn’t too bad. I don’t care much for milk stouts but it’s definitely drinkable enough for being the least exciting in a variety pack.
