What are these tools?

Recently inherited some homebrewing supplies but I'm not sure of how to use a few of these. The pot and stand I assume are for boiling, attached to a propane tank? Not sure what the copper coiling or sparge assembly is useful for though. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Copper coil is an immersion chiller, you put it in the wort 15 minutes before your boil is done then hook it to a cold water supply and run cold water through it to cool your wort to pitching temps.. the sparge assembly is for fly sparging if you're doing all grain.

The PVC arms support it on the top of the mash tun. You slide the steel tube down until the sprayhead is just above the surface of the wort. It is to disperse the wort so it doesn't drill down into the grain bed, reducing extraction efficiency during lautering.

Second; Are you looking to use this equipment, or part with it? Either way, get back to us as we can assist with either. Feel free to take a large picture that includes all of it as I notice there is an orange cooler that is likely a mash tun and you haven't asked about that.
