So I took apart the connectors to one of my leg lines, put them to the side, and the wife moved them and they are now MIA. So I need to order replacement parts, but I'm not sure what they are called.

On the part that attaches to the keg, there's a spring and a plastic part inside, and then this is kept in by a black circle part that screws in. I'm missing all 3 of those parts. Can you tell me what I'm looking for?

Just for my own knowledge what's the other end called, the part you press down to dispense the beer that screws off? (2nd pic)

Here's a diagram for the ball lock liquid disconnect.

You're missing the plunger, spring, cap and gasket.
Considering a new disconnect costs ~$4, I doubt you'll find the guts for less.
(Note, this commonly used image (Midwest, for example) has the plunger up-side-down).

The other end is commonly called a "picnic tap"...

Cheers!

But there's no sense buying those replacement parts (not that i've ever even seen those replacement parts for sale separately).

The first part is a ball lock disconnect which can be had for $4-5 (make sure you get the right one, gas or liquid). Ritebrew.com has them cheap.

PS: I personally like to go with the disconnects with MFL connectors instead of barbs which means you have a separate barb (called a swivel barb) so you can unscrew if you need to without having to cut the tubing off and redo it. Examples below:

Just make sure you get the right size barb, 1/4" for 3/16 or 1/4 tubing 5/16 for 1/4 or 5/16.

It would be cheaper and better to just buy the new qd and party tap.

fwiw, look closely and you'll note the OP's disconnect is an MFL style.
The web doesn't have a 'sploded diagram for those...

Cheers!

Nice, thanks guys. Yeah for $5, I'll just buy a whole new QD. That was easy.... Not sure why i was trying to make it so difficult.

Probably simpler to replace the whole disconnect. The small bits can be found though. If yours are the CM Becker brand you can look HERE. I think Brew Hardware has some of those parts as well...
