nice! I'm on 3rd day of dry hopping my two hearted, gonna bottle this week. 62 is fine, it will just take a bit longer to carbonate. 70 is the standard for most beers.
 
We are brewing this beer on blind faith. Have never had it, but tasted it between the primary and secondary and at the time of bottling. we were so impressed we are brewing another batch this weekend.
