Looks tasty to me, although you are certainly creeping up towards IPA in terms of gravity and hop aroma (if you care).

The grain bill there is similar in its proportions to my typical IPA grain bill. I like vienna a lot. The Simcoe/Amarillo combo is absolutely one of my favorites. This looks like a pretty tasty recipe.

what about citra in stead of the cascade? i have not used this hop and hear it has a tropical fruit character.

Just used it for the first time (4 oz in 4.5 gallons of pale). Doesn't taste especially distinct but certainly in the citrus/tropical direction. Should match well with Amarillo.

I've only ever tried Citra in the Bear Republic Citra IPA, and I have to say it would be a great complement to Amarillo.
