Made my second home brew batch last night. (Working nights and finally had one off so I was out side brewing at 2 in the morning!!) A partial Mash from AHS - Rasberry tart. It smeeled great. But boy is this addicting!!! I have 14 gallons of Merlot fermenting and aging, 5 gallons of Skeeter Pee started and this new batch of beer. I have two kits in the wing and if I had another 6.5 gallon fermenter bucket ione would have been started last night.
So much fun - and good alcohol also!!!
