Hello, I just bought a box or Oxyclean, the regular one, after that I used it to clean my bucket I noticed it was scented... What is wrong with this cleaner? I´ve looked on the sticky thread and couldn´t find the answer, I only checked the first 20 pages, I did noticed that some people use the regular one too, what can go wrong if I use that one?

I saw in tha market this cleaner its unscented. Is it ok?

same active ingredient as PBW but the oxy cleaners often have other things like soap or fragerance which makes then a little harder to rinse clean.. thats what I found.

True...they are scented, but I use the Oxy Whitening as I'm having trouble finding the unscented in my area. Since I'm just using it to clean, I figure no big deal... just rinse real well and sanitize as normal.

I use the regular oxyclean and haven't noticed a scent after cleaning fermenters. Although I always rinse well, at least 3 times after dumping the oxyclean out. Then before use I rinse again before adding star san

I use both unscented oxyclean and pbw and the only difference I noticed is the oxy seems to take a little more rinsing to get rid of the slimy film it leaves behind while rinsing.

How hard to rinse is a glass carboy is I use the regular oxyclean?
