The Dayton homebrew club has a competition every month called the rockit cup. This month the recipe is an alt. Its actually a weyermann dark munich II and hallertau smash. It turns out to be 10 lbs dark munich and 4 oz FWH hallertau with wyeast 1007. Its my first smash, how do you guys think it will turn out.

I don't think you can go wrong with 20L munich in anything. Sounds great.
The weyermann dark munich is only 9 L.

Ahh, I forgot theirs is lighter than Breiss/Coleridge/Durst. Either way, it'll be pretty darned good.
