I’m guessing its probably not a big deal but I measured out my strike and sparge water a week ago and added campden intending to brew that weekend. Life got in the way and the water has just been sitting in my pots. Planning to brew tomorrow. Water looks and smells fine. Any reason I would NOT want to use it?

Second to the above. As long as nothing nasty got in there, the campden would have done their job and you've got some nice clean water to brew with. Even if something got in (barring a furry critter) the boil would take care of it.

Thanks for the feedback. Brew day done. Ended up using fresh water after noticing a slimy ring around each pot at the water line. No idea why it was there or what it was.
