I am an extract brewer but my recipes always include specialty hops and grains that are added to the extracts.

I want to make a wee heavy, barley wine or maybe an abbey ale. Basically looking for something that is higher in alcohol content than a normal ale and therefore is aged.

I would appreciate if people can pass on to me any recipes or recipe kits that they have had success with along these lines.

Thank you!
