wax sealing bottles...

So I have a batch coming up that I'm pretty stoked about and I was thinking of wax sealing it (ala Dark Lord). Problem is is that most of the wax sealing isnt the right color (orange) so I was wondering if anyone has either bought the white bottle sealing wax and dyed it - or if I can get the cheaper Gulf Wax Paraffin (used for mason jars and such) and try to use food coloring to dye that.

Any thoughts?

There is some orange wax. I don't know about dying other wax though.
