im just screwin around in beersmith this might taste good what do u think?
6lbs Dark LME
1/2lb black patent
1/4lb chocolate
1/4lb roasted barley
1oz pearle(60min)
1 1/2oz cascade(30min)
14oz williamette(aroma)
1lb brown sugar
1lb lactose
o.g. is around 60, abv should be 5.3ish, about 38 ibus and i would prime it with brown sugar
