Tried doing a honey orange wheat and miscalculated my boil volume. Ended up with 3 gallons of extra wort at the end of boil. Threw it in a carboy. I have a total of 8 gallons for a 5 gallon batch. What is the best way to un-dilute my beer? Try freezing it (if my keggerator gets that cold) or boil off for a few hours?

I was plannning on adding more yeast and almost starting over. Really want to save this batch since i have the fermentation vessles to keep it. Cheers

Drink it, and try again...
:)

3gal is a big miscalculation, but it happens.
You could also make the same batch at a higher gravity and mix them, but that's a lot of work!

Boiling off 3 gal would take a while and you'd probably end up with a quite bitter beer.
