Water volumes

The past two brews using recipes from Grainfather have been short volume. Had great experience in the past. WTF . The gravity was spot on-both times.
Any ideas ?

New recepie?
Grain crush?
Any adjuncts?
Was boil time the same?
Etc. Etc.
