I'm trying to figure out what I would put in brewfather for magnesium with less than 1. Does this water report look suitable for brewing? Just getting into all-grain. Thanks, guys. VikeMan It ain't all burritos and strippers, my friend. Joined Aug 24, 2010 Messages 5,965 Reaction score 6,213 Feb 9, 2021 #2 That water is excellent for brewing. It's very low in everything, so you can build it to whatever you want for any given batch. For your Mg of "<1" I would probably enter 0. Or enter 0.5. Or 0.99. It won't really matter.
