I'll be making Brulosophy's Best Blonde Ale (http://brulosophy.com/recipes/brulosophers-blonde-ale/) Thursday. I will be using 100% RO water for a 5.5 gallon batch. I BIAB and this mash will be 8.1 gallons (no sparge). Is this profile good for this beer?
