Water heater element for my rims tube question

I am in search of a 1500 watt 240v LWD heating element but the only thing I can find is one on Zorotools but in the description it says *THIS IS A RESTRICTED ITEM IN CA, LA, MD, VT. IT CANNOT BE USED FOR POTABLE WATER APPLICATIONS.*
Hz : 60, Plating : Zinc, Includes : 1" NPSM Screw Plug And Type AG-1 Rubber Gasket

Kinda worried to use something like this in my rims tube if there is a warning like that but then again I am not in any of those states so does anyone know if this is just something because of the water they use there or something in the element? Says Zinc plating which I thought was ok but maybe not in heating elements? Anyone know where I can get a 1500 watt 240v LWD heating element that does not have this warning?

Unfortunately the length of the element is a bit too long. Guess I will have to use the element I got and hope I don't get poisoned since I have no other choice with the wiring diagram I am using
