Hello, everyone. I just used for the first time a water filter to filter out chlorine.
Will I notice a big difference in taste? I used a charcoal filter will it filter out the needed minerals for the yeast? I am also wondering how you guys and gals store it after use.

Here is pic of the system

Getting rid of chlorine is always a good idea. I just take my filter apart and let it dry out after blowing C02 through it.

Hopefully your city/whatever uses chlorine and not chloramine. IMHO chloramine is nasty stuff.

Charcoal will pull some of the minerals out, but not all of them.
