When doing mineral calculations using using brew-n-water do you use the volume of all water that will come in contact with the mash, just the strike water, just the sparge water, the sparge and strike separately? TIA. Tom
 
I think the typical way is strike and sparge separately. BrunWater is set up to make that easy.

What Doug said. Your Profile Mineral additions will be added to both. By entering the separate Volumes the additions to each will be calculated to be on target for your profile. i just recently used Bru'n water with success.
