I am about to do my mash in and just wanted to know about the gain absorption rate. I am using .11 gallons of absorption per pound of grain. But I used the mash in calculators on the web and they have given me this for 13.5 pounds of grain.

Mash in at 163.3, 4.5 gallons
mash out at 175, 6.75 gallons
trying to get 6.5-6.75 of wort and trying to mash at 151. Do these numbers include grain absorption? If not how do I include this into my mash? Thanks.

Your grain absorbtion should be around 1.5 gallons. 6.75 gallons of sparge water is way too much if you're only shooting for 6.75 in the kettle. You should only need around 4 gallons of sparge water around 192F depending on your system loss to hit your final volume.
