washing and storing yeast

Hello everyone
I am about to bottle a batch of beer,and i want to wash and save the yeast but all i have is 16oz swing top bottles to store the yeast.Would this work if i burp the bottles every now and then?..thanks cheers

sure, but as long as you don't add sugar to the wash (which you shouldn't, just sterile tap water will work), you shouldn't need to burp. just keep it refrigerated.
