to expand on that: in order to sell beer commercially, it needs to be produced in a commercial space (commercial zoning, commercial license, commercial bonds & insurance, etc). so you can't sell homebrew, since by definition homebrew is produced in a home, i.e. a non-commercial space.Selling home brew is illegal...period.
