Hey im in NZ and have not been able to track down a simple recipe for a cerveza, no local brewers are interested so anyone who can help me out would be my hero. I have also googled for hours and ended up empty handed.

Midwest has a xx cervesa extract brew that's pretty good I'm sure u could convert it to ag if u want the extract recipe just let me know

There's a recipe in that thread. If that one does not suit you, there are more recipes in other threads. You may also want to give the recipe database here a look through.
The problem with what you are wanting to do is that a commercial light lager is extremely difficult to reproduce at home. It is not just as simple as use x ingredients for y result. I wish you much luck in your endeavor.
