I live in Chicago, and I have to give up the hobby. I have a 10 gallon gravity system. It is a natural gas set up, three 15 gallon kettles, Temp gauges on Lauter tun and mash tun. Mash tun has false bottom. A March pump is attached to the system. I also have a 30 plate wort chiller, 4 ball lock corney kegs and 1 pin lock keg.
