Vorlauf or Sparge arm for HERMS build

I am building a HERMS system out of some old 15gal kegs. For my mash tun I have a pipe cut on a angle to fit the keg bottom and welded, under a false bottom for my output. I bought a SS Brewtech Vorlauf attachment which I was hoping to use for both sparging and recirculating. Just wondering if I need a sparge arm still.
