Just wanted to introduce myself, as is customary on any forum.
I just brewed my first batch of beer last night, and I'm already planning my next batch. I made a smoked amber ale, and the anticipation is killing me already. I'm excited to obtain a wealth of knowledge from the forum members; many of whom seem to be very in tune with the brewing process.
