I recently got afforded more time to brew. Losing a job is never fun but when it's one of three it turns out things will be just fine. With this new found time i've been brewing more, making thingamabobs and modifications. I do plan on sharing with craft beer geeks and virgins alike but decided maybe i should make a video to ease the craft beer virgins into the world of Craft Beer. Here's a trailor video i made of one of my brew days. Sorrel Pale ale which is just a Magic Hat #9 Clone using Sorrel instead of Apricot in the Secondary. Take a look and share your thoughts
