May not be exactly in the realm of homebrew but it's close. I bought a keg washer that had several pneumatic valves and for one of them i'm missing everything but the actuator. I didn't think much of it at the time but i'm having a hell of a time finding a bracket and coupler to link up with the new valve i bought. Included photos of another full assembly and the valve and actuator if anyone has any idea where you can buy this stuff.

I may just try to get something welded up for the bracket but the coupler is still a problem.

I'm coming back from the dead to post. A few years ago I decided to remove my threaded valves and install Pneumatic valves. I actually came across the exact same issue after purchasing 5 butterfly valves with no handles (ebay) and pneumatic actuators. I think you will have to fabricate these yourself, or just sell them and buy new coupled actuators.
